8.1 Change of Mind Returns

At Cotton Snug, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return the product within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue you a refund.

• Return Request: Submit a return request via the 'My Account' page by selecting contact us using the Contact Us form with your name and order number, and we’ll assist in arranging the return.
• Product Condition: Returned items must be in 'as-new' condition, meaning they have not been used, damaged, washed, or laundered, and must be securely packaged in the original packaging.
• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with a change of mind return, including the initial delivery costs and the return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, provided it meets our conditions, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the shipping fees.

For returns made after the 7-day period, we may still accept the return within 30 days, but only for store credit, and subject to our approval. In both cases, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

8.2 Incorrect Product Delivered If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you.

8.3 Faulty or Damaged Products If your order arrives visibly damaged, you should take photos or videos and refuse delivery. Contact us immediately using the Contact Us form so we can resolve the issue. If you discover a product is damaged, faulty, or missing parts after delivery, take photos or videos clearly showing the issue and contact us using the Contact Us form within 3 days of receiving the product. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

9.1 Cotton Snug will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products.

9.2 We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or free from viruses or harmful components.

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
