For returns made after the 10-day period, we may still accept the return, but only for store credit, and subject to our approval. In both cases, the returned item must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent and the incorrect item to be returned at no cost to you.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, you should take photos or videos and refuse delivery. Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
